Most exterior changes require approval by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). The Architectural Standards address which changes can be made, which changes require approval and what information is required for that approval. Please contact the site office with any questions regarding architectural changes. Architectural Change Applications should be submitted to the site office for review and processing.
